Our projects

We collect and distribute clothes, toiletries and other essentials to refugees and asylum seekers in the Southampton area, Northern France and other European locations. We also fundraise so that we can buy items which are not easily obtained in the quantities we require through donations alone, such as toiletries, new underwear and shoes in the correct sizes. For more information on what happens to your donations, please read more about our projects below.

Local Support

We support local asylum seekers and refugees in Southampton and the surrounding area by distributing donations of clothes, toiletries and other essential items. Before the Covid-19 crisis, most of this distribution took place at a monthly drop-in. As it is not currently safe to run such an event, we are changing our operating model and recruiting new volunteers to safely distribute items in the community. Volunteers will pick and pack requested items from our storage shed and deliver orders to client’s accommodation in Southampton.

Supporting refugees in Calais and Northern France and further afield

The Covid crisis has made it difficult for us to make any trips to France ourselves, but we have passed on donations of tents, coats and toiletries to other charities working in Europe.
