The best way you can help is through a regular cash donation, however small.
Regular donations mean we can plan ahead and respond quickly to emergencies. Regular donations are better for your bank balance too – in these difficult times a £10 donation may seem a lot to spare, but if you set up a regular donation of £1 per month, it will be easier on your pocket and by the end of the year, you’ll have given us £12!
- £5 per month will buy a bag a toiletries.
- £10 per month will allow us to buy a new pair of trainers.
Setting up a regular donation is easy. Just go to our Just Giving page by clicking on the button below, select the Monthly option, and follow the instructions on the screen.
Can’t afford a regular donation? One-off donations are welcome too!
Fundraise for us
Due to Covid-19, fundraising in large gatherings is not possible. However, that still leave plenty that you can do.
You can set up your own fundraising page through JustGiving – just follow the link below to get started. If you find all that a bit technical, you can always raise money offline and send it to us as a one-off donation on our JustGiving page using the link above.
You can also use our paper sponsorship form if you prefer:
Here are a few fundraising ideas – but we’re sure you’ll be able to come up with even better ones of your own!
- Want to get fit but need some motivation? Set yourself a goal and ask friends and family to sponsor you as you meet it. Perhaps you want to walk 10,000 steps per day for a week, or run a mile every day. You might want to count the miles you walk, run or cycle over a longer period and take a virtual journey. How long will it take for you to walk from Land’s End to John O’Groats? Or perhaps you’d like to cycle to Calais – it’s only 298km from Southampton!
- Fitness not your thing? Get sponsored to shave your head, run a quiz on Zoom or come up with something completely unique.
Let us know what you are doing so we can publicise your fundraising effort and get you some extra sponsors!
If you have any fundraising ideas you would like to discuss with us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
